Satake commenced it's operation in India in January 1996, subsequently Satake India Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was established as 100% subsidiary in 2006. Since then the business has been growing at a fast pace and today India features as one of the top markets for Satake Japan.

Satake promotes the "health of people in the world" by maximizing the functionality of grains, and helps to establish a sustainable society that minimizes environmental burden in agriculture. We have successfully commissioned more than 150 modern Rice Milling plants and over 700 Color Sorters. Satake has vastly contributed to growth of Rice industry and exports of food grains from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and neighboring countries.
